Από τα σταφύλια της ποικιλίας Shiraz οι μοναχοί φτιάχνουν το εκλεκτό αυτό κραςί το οποίο ωριμάζει για 15 μήνες σε γαλλικά δρύινα βαρέλια. Στη μύτη έχει αρώματα βατόμουρων, κακάου, δάφνης και κέδρου. Ισορροπημένο στο στόμα, με γεμάτο σώμα και μακρά επίγευση. From the grapes of the Shiraz variety the monks make this fine wine which matures for 15 months in French oak barrels. On the nose it offers aromas of blackberries, cocoa, bay leaf and cedar wood. In the mouth it is balanced, full-bodied with a long aftertaste.
