In the blessed soil that the Apostles and Saints of the ancient city of Soloi stepped on, the wineyard of Hesychasterion of Saint Seraphim was planted. From the grapes of the Shiraz variety the monks made this fine wine which matures for 12 months in French oak barrels. This wine reveals fruity aromas of plums, blackberries, cherries and hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, its soft tannins, silky texture and long aftertaste make it a very pleasant wine to enjoy at any occasion.

Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
Alcohol: 13% vol.
